Fund HQ

Founded in 2019 by Charles Grant and Maria O’Connor, the experienced team has launched multiple management companies across hedge, long only, fund of funds, private equity, and real estate funds domiciled in Cayman, Luxembourg, Ireland, UK, Channel Islands, Malta, and in master/feeder, UCITS, OEIC, LP/GP, and VCC formats.

The founders of Fund HQ, Maria O’Connor and Charles Grant, previously worked together on several shared clients and new Fund launches.

They each have 20 years of experience in the industry as General Counsel, COO, and Board directors/advisors.

They have gathered a stellar team of experienced advisors with multiple years of experience in the industry across a range of structures and solutions.
